A Sauted chicken and mushroom with a wisk of your choice of Red wine.
Simple, Fast at Delicious Recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 chicken thigh diced
LIttle pieces of ginger root
Half Onion sliced
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 Green of REd Bell Pepper, Diced
Small Mushroom sliced
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp of Red Wine
Lemon or Calamansi Extract (Juice)
Cooking Oil (Extra Virgin Olive oil)
Add: Salt and Pepper to Taste
Spring Onions and Sesame seeds for garnishing
Procedure:
1. Heat the Pan into medium high heat. Put about 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil wait until the cooking oil is hot then saute the ginger root for 30 secs then add the garlic, onion, bell peppers and mushroom, saute it for 1 minute.
2. Put the Chicken and cook it until the color of the chicken change or become tender.
note: Keep Stirring while cooking the chicken and add Salt and Pepper to taste
3. Put the 1/4 cup of soy sauce and stir, then put the 2 tbsp of Oyster sauce and keep stirring for 1 minute.
4. Add the Red wine and the Lemon or Calamansi extract (juice) and keep stirring until the sauce evaporates a little. Then it's done.
5. Put into small bowl and garnish it with spring onion and sesame seeds.
